The two-floor lobby can accommodate up to 350 people and still provide appropriate drink service. Tables and chairs can be set for a dinner party of up to 100 people.
Cleary Terrace, located outdoors on the roof of Weber Center for the Performing Arts, is a unique location suitable for any small gathering of up to 150 people. Tables and chairs can be set for a sit-down dinner party, stand-up cocktail party, or placed for a live performance of a band.
All areas of Weber Center for the Performing Arts are accessible by elevator. Recognizing that weather can be a challenge, when booking the Cleary Terrace, space is reserved inside Weber Center for the Performing Arts to ensure your event stays on schedule.
There are tables and chairs available to be arranged as you need. A fully stocked bar, either permanent on the first floor or portable anywhere else in the building, is also available. Theatrical lighting and sound can supplement your event if needed.
